| 2 | Attending and resolving day to day complaints of split / window / cassate type AC, Water Cooler /Deep freezer/refrigerator capacity in Bhatinda cantt area and repairing / installation / shifting / wiring / connecting / commissioning / testing / replacement of any item or component of above mentioned appliances locating at ground floor / first floor / second floor / third floor or installed at various places of cantt and also re-installing at its original position if required after resolving complaints complete all as directed. Note: (i) Complaints will be writing by the rep of the contractor and the same is to be opened from 0700hrs to 1900hrs. Superwiser will be monitor all complaints received to the section under concerned JE/Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Complaints should be rectified within 48 hours of receipt of the complaints. failing which a penalty of Rs. 550 will be recovered from the contractor. (iii) Spare parts required like compressor, fan motor, drain motor, fan blade, capacitor, thermostat switch, evaporator coil, condenser coil, TK foam, copper pipe etc. to repair ACs shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as supply and fix in repair. (iv) T&P / vehicle required for technician and helpers shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost to attend complaints and carry out the repair works at various locations of cantt area and the cost is included in this item and nothing extra shall be be paid in this regard. | 1250 | Each Job |
