| 1 | Taking down switch boards / fitting / fixture , identify and rectify the complaints pertains to internal electrification of any type and nature IN MD Accns such as rectification of faulty electric circuit , tightening of loose wiring / conduits replacement of defective accessories such as switch, socket, ceiling rose , holders, etc.., complete all as specified and directed . . Note:- (a) If the contractor fail to rectify the defects mentioned in the complaint slip on within 48 hrs,. they will be charged Rs. 100/- per complaints/ per day and same will be recovered from his RAR. Each job shall contain 10 complaints (b) The contractor / their rep will collect the complaint from complaint cell ( Concerned JE E/M) every day at 9.00 AM and rectify the complaints 48 hrs and deposit the complaint slip ( duly signed by the users ) to concerned JE E/M.
