| 1 | M&L servicing of oil cooled transformer, 11000 Volt / 433 Volts step down / Step up, indoor / out door type of capacity upto 63 KVA comprising following work services complete all as specifid and directed :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) checking of HT/LT insulators and including internal inspection (d) Replacement of corroded nuts / bolts with double washers, burned lugs etc, (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Removing, cleaning, polishing of bushings and studs of both HT/LT side by using soft cotton clothand including checking for cracking and refixing the same. | 1 | Each Job |
| 2 | (g) Refixing all cable terminals HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank and other fitments in position. (h) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather. (j) Mechanical inspection and fixing of buchholz relay. (k) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables and including re-connection of earth strip / lead. (l) Replacement of HT side cable connection HT tape & M Seal Monoplast as required at site. (m) All marshalling boxes to be cleaned from inside. (n) All the terminal connection of control and relay wiring to be checked and tighten. (o) Examine the rollers carefully and including greasing them properly. | ||
| 3 | Note: (i) For replacement of unserviceable items of buchholz relay, silica gel, bushes, studs, nut, bolt with double washers, HT / LT tape used, M-Seal Monoplast, lugs etc, shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' and the cost of taking down shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. | ||
| 4 | (ii) For the inspection of internal deffect of transformer, the contractor shall provide proper lifting arrangements like tripod, chain and pully, T&P etc, and the rent shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor shall isolate the transformer from the supply and do earth the transformer properly while servicing the transformer | ||
