4M&L for cleaning of fountain tank and associated system and the work includes the following Services: 1.Dewatering the fountain tank using portable submersible pumps to remove all water and settled dirt/sludge. 2.Manual removal of algae, dirt, and sludge from tank walls, floor, and corners using nylon brushes and soft scrubbers to avoid damage to surface finishes. 3.Cleaning of fountain nozzles, pipeline network, strainers, and pumps to remove any scaling, blockages, and biological growth. 4.Checking and cleaning of lighting fixtures (if provided) in the fountain tank to ensure no algae or deposits on covers/glasse 5.Disinfection of the tank and pipelines with a 5% Sodium Hypochlorite solution or equivalent approved chemical. 6.Complete removal and transportation of sludge, debris, and waste material outside the premises as per local environmental norms. 5M&L for Cleaning of aeration tanks at MES STP and the work includes the following Services: 1.Dewatering the tank using a suitable submersible pumps/mud pumps of adequate capacity to pump out all sewage and sludge water. 2.Mechanical removal of settled sludge and solid waste from aeration tank using suction pumps, sludge pumps, jetting machines, vacuum tankers or other approved mechanical means without manual handling, complete all as specified and directed. 3.Deploying adequate skilled manpower including qualified supervisors trained in STP operation and confined space safety procedures for supervision and operation of mechanical cleaning equipment. 4.Thorough scrubbing and washing of tank walls, floor, and corners using hard nylon brushes and high-pressure jet cleaning machines to remove stains, algae, and deposits. 5.Disinfecting with a 5% Sodium Hypochlorite solution (min 50Ltrs) or other approved equivalent disinfectant for sterilization of internal surfaces. 6.Complete removal and transportation of sludge, silt, and debris to a designated disposal site outside the defence area. Disposal of sludge is the entire responsibility of the contractor. 7.After cleaning, painting the cleaned tank date in white letters on a black background (letter size 75 mm), including date of cleaning. 8.Final flushing of tank with potable water and ventilating for at least 8 hours before reuse. 9.The contractor shall arrange all materials, labour, tools, plants, chemicals, safety equipment, and transportation necessary to complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.1.00Each Job
