| 1 | Periodical cleaning of Open well by De-watering, removing all mosses, algae and dirt from internal walls, floors and mouth of pipes of Open Well by using steel wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder including removal of dirty water and disposing off the same to a safe distance including applying one coat of white wash to internal wall and floor surfaces complete and writing the date of cleaning on outside of well using synthetic enamel paint of white colour over black background with letters of size 100mm height x 100mm breadth, complete bell out water from the open well with the help of submersible pumps or diesel pump, fuel & piping at the location not less than 100m, complete all as specified and as directed. (Location of open wells: Nagzeera -01No, Military Farm - 03Nos & D Pocket -01No) Note :- (i) All T&P including ladder of different size, water pump for drain the remaining water from the well etc necessary in execution of work shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof is included in the quoted rate of this item.
