| 1 | Taking down & Disconnecting existing Centrifugal pump of capacity 10HP of any make and model from motor and all water /electrical connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to civil authorised dealer workshop for repair/strip opening, repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc., and reassembling, with and including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position, making all connections, commissioning & testing for smooth and noise free operation, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Unserviceable Spare Parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc., shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of BOQ as supply only. The required T&P and vehicles for transportation of pump shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost in this effect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | 8 | Each Job |
