| 1 | M&L for comprehensive periodic maintenance, repair & servicing of Central Air conditioning plant of capacity 100 TR (Make : Voltas, Model : EGWFXR1001MLB2) and connected ventilation system existing at 39 FAD Bharatpur as per manufacturers instructions by authorised dealer of company for 2 Nos of chilling machine of screw type compressor 100 TR , each single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, semihermatic electric motor of capacity 67 KW, shell and tube type condensor with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally and internally to pass water flow 1400 USG/PM with carbon plate shell and tube flooded type chiller unit, including greasing, lubrication of moving parts and pressure tasting for entire system of AC plant of all two set of condenser, compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrogen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakage immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure are to be taken to stop the leakage premanently and recommissioning of 100 TR water cooled Screw Chiller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
