1SITC of IP-42 and general construction confirming to IS:8623 : 1993, wall/ free standing floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalised cubical panel as specifications and Other parameters required as per point (a) ,(b), (c),(d), (e), (f), (g), (h) as below:- (a)Thickness of CRCA sheet shall be 2.0 mm, cable alley compartments having concealed hinged type doors with key type lock with / without detachable extension type structure. Removable 3 mm. thick sheet steel gland plates with appropriate size of knockouts for cables shall be provided (b)complete panel shall undergo a process of degreasing, Water rinsing, Activation, derusting, pickling in acid bath, phosphatising & shall be subjected to nine tank process and then Powder coated with approved shade of minimum 70 microns on both side of panel. The panel having PE foam/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness ,required hardware , concealed hinged door with key type locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear earthed with 2.5 sq.mm braided copper wire. [c) Interconnection between bus bar and switchgears /cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (up to 63 amp ) and by solid bus bar (>63 amp ) . control wiring will be carried out with 1.5 Sq.mm, Earth wire with 2.5 Sq.mm and CT with 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper wire only. All joints / interconnections of copper bus bar shall be dully tinned . Clearance between main bus bar and risers / metal parts shall be at least 10 mm additional to width of bus bar Bus bar is insulated by Heat Shrinkable sleeves . Earth and Neutral bus bar shall be half of the size of phase bus bar. ( Cost of Bus bar / Flexible wire for Interconnection between Main busbar and Switchgear is to be Paid Extra ) (d)Wiring between components within switchgear and Incoming / outgoing cable shall be done through the terminal block only. Direct connection shall not be permitted. Each terminal block shall be one piece moulded, barrier type, 650 volt grade, complete with washers, heads, studs with two nuts and identification strips and shall have adequate continuous current rating. For tap-offs, adjacent terminals with shorting strips shall be used. 10% Spare terminal blocks shall be provided. Wire identification on marking strip shall correspond to the designation of the wiring diagrams. All wire terminals on the equipment shall also be marked with designation corresponding to those of the wiring diagram. (e)All wiring shall be enclosed in plastic channels and neatly bunched and closed in metering chamber, Wiring between terminals of various devices shall be point to point (no wire splitting or tee connections) with wires neatly trucked along the back of the panels, adequately supported to prevent sagging. (f)Floor mounted panel shall be mounted on Base frame of ISMC channel size 100 x 50 x 5 mm ( to be paid Extra ) (g) Tests: The insulation resistance (with 1000 V Megger) and High voltage Power frequency test (by a3.00Sqm
2SITC of Decorative Ornamental pole with Single arm bracket. Total height of the pole with Single arm Bracket shall be 8000 mm nominal above the ground. The pole is made out of Combination of grooved and plain mild steel tube with cast aluminium pedestal. in three steps as shown in attached drawing. Casted embellishments are fitted with the help of grub screws. Dia and length of the bottom tubular section is 140mm x 4mm thick and 3000mm respectively which shall pass through the casted pedestal and welded with the baseplate and dia of grooved portion shall be reduced to 133mm. Dia and length of the middle section is 114mm x 3.6mmthick and 2700mm respectively. Dia and length of the top section is 89mm x 3.6mm thick and 1300mm respectively. Height of the pedestal shall be 715mm and dimensions of the base plate shall be 335mmx16mm thick. One Nos of morpankh embellishments made of cast aluminium shall be fitted on the upper section of the pole as shown in the attached drawing. A built in service window is provided to accommodate a 6 amp SP MCB and 32 amp heavy duty LILO connector for mains connections in the bottom part of the pole. The different sections of the pole are joined together by means of Welded joints. The decorative bracket is made out of mild steel, cast aluminium. The mild steel & cast aluminium part are joined together & are fabricated to get the desired design as per attached drawing. The dia of vertical and horizontal section of bracket shall be 76mmx3mm thick and 42mmx2.9mmthick respectively. A morpankh embellishment shall be fixed on the top of the bracket with two Nos of spot light to lit the morpankh embellishment. The decorative bracket should have the arrangement to fix the required luminaire. The bracket should have the arrangement suitable to be fitted on the required pole. The dimensions of the pole and bracket should be as per attached drawing. The Decorative Pole and Single arm bracket Shall be machined and Polished properly to give it a smooth Surface. The Decorative pole with Single arm bracket is duly pretreated by shotblasting process and painted in U.V. ray resistant P.U. coating in approved color shade. The Coating should have a minimum DFT of 90 microns and should pass a minimum of 300 Salt spray hours as per IS or ASTM testing methods. Decorative pole with single arm bracket shall be installed at desired location on existing foundation of the pole by making cement concrete foundation of 1:1.5:3( 1 cement: 1.5 course sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with the help of anchor bolts and 38mm G.I sleeve as required. Weight of decorative pole and decorative single arm should be 165 kg and 5.5 kg respectively. Weight tolerance limit of pole & arm is +/-5%. Luminaire shall be made of Spun Aluminium and Cast Aluminium & shall have Ingress protection of IP66 for optical compartment and Impact Resistance of IK 08 or more. The Led Luminaire shall be in 110 w LED. A Transparent polycarbonate Diffuser shall be fitted in the Led Luminaire. The Dia and height of the Luminaire shall be 675mm x 710mm respectively. A Decorative Crown made of cast aluminium is fitted on the top of Luminaire. Integrated suitable BIS approved LED Driver shall be fitted inside the Led Luminaire having efficiency >85% power factor shall be > 0.95, THD <F=10%, with driver standard voltage withstand range of 100-300 V AC and inbuilt surge protection of Min. 4 kv. The Luminaries shall have external surge protection device of 10kV. Led shall be Osram/Seoul/Cree/Bridgelux/Nichia and shall have luminous efficacy of more than 140 Lm/Watt. System luminous efficacy shall be equal or more than 120 Lm/Watt The CCT of Led shall be 3000/4000/6000 k as required by engineer in charge. The shape and sizes of the Led Luminaire shall be as per attached drawing. System life of 50,000 burning hours with 70% of initial lumens maintained. The Led Luminaire shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface and shall be coated in UV ray resistant Polyurethane/ Polyester coating in approved colour shade. The Coating on the Luminaire light shall be baked in oven at required temperature and parameters The Luminaire shall be Suitable for the fitment on the required Single/Double/Tripple/Four arm brackets. A two way connector is provided for the mains connections. The Luminaire is suitable for 240v, single phase, AC. All the dimensions are with in tolerance limit of +/- 5%. Contractor also should ensure the Manufacturer should have inhouse NABL testing facility as well.
