| 5 | Supply and fixing in replacement of pressed steel powder-coated sunken terminal box of size 100 mm 100 mm, minimum 50 mm deep, suitable for mounting non-modular switches, socket outlets, fan regulators and other wiring accessories, complete with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover duly cut to accommodate the respective accessories. The item shall include dismantling of the existing terminal box, fixing the new box in position, making good the disturbed wall surface with cement mortar (1:3) to match the existing finish, and providing all necessary fixing materials, steel screws, rawl plugs and other accessories required for proper installation, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: The rate shall be deemed to include refixing of existing serviceable switches, socket outlets, fan regulators and other accessories.
