| 2 | Design ,Supply , install , commissioning and testing of Water Cooled Scroll Chillers, with multi compressors, comprising of Semi - Hermetic/Hermetic/ Open Type Compress-ors, DX Evaporator, Shell and Tube Condenser,suitable expansion device,suitable for operation on R - 22 /R - 407 C/R 410a for existing rooms which were airconditioned at Site
of nominal capacity not less than 21 TR (each) with circulation rate of 610 LPM(160 GPM)(nominal) or as recommend by OEM each comprising of the following complete as per specification and as reqd.
Compressor automatic capacity control, safety switches, forced feed lubrication insulated chiller, ,water flow switch , vibration isolators, integral refrigerant piping and wiring , automatic and safety controls mounted in central console panel and all mounted on a steel frame (complete as per specifications). shall be suitable for 415volt 50Hz cycles. 3 phase AC supply. including all required accessories as per specifications.
Note :(i) Contractor has to submit ,get the design of Chiller plant approved from accepting officer before incorporating the same on ground.
(ii) The design condition of the plant should be able to meet the desired temeprature of 22 C+2 C , with RH of 55% +5% as per the weather conditions of Halwara during Summer, Monsoon & Winter.
(iii)The plant is to be designed such that to meet the desired temperature with 2 units run at a time and 01 will be standby. ( 02 working & 01 Standby).
(iv) The Air changes is to be calculted for Hospital rooms as applicable per Indian Standards or as appliacble

| 3 | Design ,Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical Hot water Generator of vertical construction equipped with sufficient number of flanges and electric emersion heaters. The pressure vessel shall be constructed as per ASME standards and insulated on all sides with 50 mm thick fiberglass with 0.6mm Aluminium cladding as per specifications.The hot water generator shall be equipped with all automatic and safety controls such as manual reset, high temperature water cutout, step controller, on/off switch, pilot light,low water cut off and other controls as per manufacturers recommendations.All basic controls and terminals shall be located in an integral control cabinet factory wired and tested. The hot water generator shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3phase power supply.The entire hot water generator shall be factory assembled and tested including 02 Nos Hot water generator pump of suitable capacity.
