| 3 | Schedule 'A' Part-I [Building Works (EPS TECHNOLOGY)] Design and M&L for construction of Office and Adm building (Double Storey), height 6.40 metre, in EPS technology (Green Building) including vitrified tiles flooring, aluminium doors, three track aluminium windows, internal water supply, internal electrification and internal sanitations at location specified on plan and as per parameters/ specification provided in DBR & Particular Specification (PS). Note:- The complete design of the building mentioned under sch 'A' Part-I shall be carried out. Design and drawings shall be got vetted from any IIT & also refer scope of work mentioned in Sch 'A' Notes and details of scope under Phase-I, Phase-II and Phase-III. The contarctor shall also submit detailed estimate alongwith with yard stick for approval of CWE as per Annex 'B' to Sch 'A' Notes & the cost of these provision shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate against this item. | 1.00 | EACH BLOCK |
