| 2 | M&L for cleaning and degermination inside of RCC/PVC water storage tanks capacity upto 750 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following seven stage cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using Trebac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 and ultra violet rays complete all as specified and as directed. (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering systems at own arrangement or any other suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G 10/ Inchlor-5/NB-10, a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSL (fresh water storage arrangement shall be done by contractor on his own and required T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (d) Fourth stage first bacteria screening and Sterilization by using Terbac G5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of Terbac G5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agend TerbacG65/Inoxi-60/NB-69. | 3 | Note for Item No. 1.00 above:-(i) Test certificate of Terbac G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 from Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for Sterilization. (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scale and the same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for this provision. (iii) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning of tank i.e. No water in tank/ Over flow due to broken of float valve/blockage of Outlet lines due to silt and rectification cost will be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Contratcor will have to address tank cleaning complaint within 24 Hours if the Contractor fails to rectify the tank cleaning complaint contractor shall pay penalty charges are as under: (a) Upto 1st working day - Rs 100.00/Day/per tank (b) Above 1 working day and upto 02 Working day - Rs 200.00/Day/per tank (c) Above 02 Working day - Rs 300.00 /Day/per tank (v) The tradesman (01 skilled Plumber and 02 helper alongwith wooden/Aluminium ladder not less than 32 Feet-01 Nos, not less than 20 feet -01 Nos, 12 feet -01 Nos and necessary T&P for GI pipe/PPR pipe/UPVC pipes etc) shall report to E/M complaint cell of AGE E/M Bairagarh Bhopal daily at 8.30 am to take complaints from concern JE E/M. The complaint slip duly signed by the users shall be returned back at the complaint cell after rectification of complaint. Contractor shall maintain details of tank cleaning as per Format Attached as Appx A. (vi) Urgent tank cleaning complaint must be completed either in holiday or sunday. | ||
