| 1 | Note :(i) Please refer Sch A/ BOQ Notes before quoting the tender for all phases/ items mentioned below. (ii) Amount of Schedule of credit shall be deducted offline. (iii) Contractor shall deposit 50% of quantity of material of serial item No. 47.00 to 52.00 and 55.00, required for works covered in this contract under custody of Engineer-in-charge. | ||
| 2 | Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe lines, cables, pipes etc in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) If excavation is carried with mechanically or by JCB etc then damaged to the existing assets i.e. Sewage Lines(Pipes)/Electrical cables/OFC Cables/Signal Cables /Drains etc shall be repaired by contratcor on his own cost. Nothing shall be claimed admmisible. (ii) Dewatering of any type of water from trenches before laying of CI/ DI/GI pipe and after laying of CI/ DI/ GI pipe is included in quoted rate and hence arrangement of flushing of DI/CI/GI pipe is also included. Required T&P shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) If any leakages found in the CI/ DI/GI pipeline after laying it shall be addrressed within 12 Hours. If contractor failed to arrest the water leakages penalty of 500 Rs per day per complaint. Penalty imposed to the contractor after 12 hour after received complaint docket by JE/Age through any mode by Age office. (iv) Thrust block at every bend for CI/DI pipe shall be provided of RCC and same is included in the qouted rate. Its design shall be provided by contractor before laying of the pipe on site. (v)The quoted rate deemed to include for any type of dewatering, cutting tree routes along the pipe lines and clearing of bushes above the pipe lines etc wherever required. | 854.00 | Cum |
