| 2 | Providing and facilitating the careful tending and maintenance and up keeping of garden area and its surroundings, terrace gardens, surrounding of buildings as the area designated is Z Area The work include careful tending, up keeping and maintenance of all trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns, flower beds, seasonal plants including hoeing, watering, pruning unwanted branches and treating soil with manure, applying pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizer etc, in the required manner, de weeding and removing of unwanted plants, complete as per the scope of work at clause 2.2(I) and specification of work at clause 3.1 and special conditions of contract of Section V to keep trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns, flower bed etc, in healthy and presentable condition. The work include collection and disposal of dead leaves, dried seasonal flower plants, pruned branches of hedges trees, shrubs garbages of all type collected from inside the premises, in a manner specified in the scope of work and Special conditions. The work also include plantation of new plants reproduced prepared at nursery and maintenance of it as per scope of work and special condition of the contract.
The work include complete cost of manpower, consumables, tools tackles, equipments etc excluding the cost of soil, sand, manure fertiliser, insecticide, pesticide, fungicide as mentioned in scope of work/specification of work/special condition of contract.

| 3 | Providing and facilitating the careful tending and maintenance, up keeping, cleaning & removing of unwanted vegetation of tree plantation area and non plantation area .i.e. service trench, storm water drain etc, on regular basis as designated Y Area. The work include careful tending, up keeping and maintenance of all trees, shrubs including hoeing, watering, pruning unwanted branches and treating soil with manure, applying pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizer etc, in the required manner, de weeding and removing of unwanted plants, replenishment of soil if required complete as per the scope of work at clause 2.2(II) Special conditions clause 4 of Section V to keep trees, shrubs in healthy and presentable condition. The work include collection and disposal of dead leaves, dried seasonal flower plants, pruned branches of hedges trees, shrubs garbages of all type collected from inside the premises, in a manner specified in the scope of work and special conditions of contract.

The work include careful tending, up keeping and maintenance of all trees, shrubs including hoeing, watering, pruning unwanted branches and treating soil with manure, applying pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizer etc, in the required manner, de weeding and removing of unwanted plants, replenishment of soil if required complete as per the scope of work at clause 2.2(III), specification of works at clause 3 and special conditions clause 4 of Section V to keep trees, shrubs in healthy and presentable condition. The work include collection and disposal of dead leaves, dried seasonal flower plants, pruned branches of hedges trees, shrubs garbages of all type collected from inside the premises, in a manner specified in the scope of work and special conditions of contract.

| 5 | Providing, facilitating Maintenance Nursery / green house for replenishment and multiplication of plants and maintenance and up keeping of potted plants both indoor and outdoor is to be done by cleaning, mopping of the pots and leaves of the plants watering, manuring, pruning hoeing, weeding of unwanted growth etc. on regular basis as designated N Area, applying insecticides, pesticides etc. changing of soil when ever required complete as per the scope of work at clause 2.2 (iv), specification of work at clause 3 and special conditions of Section V, to keep the plants and potted plants in healthy and presentable condition.
The work include complete cost of manpower, consumables, tools tackles, equipments etc. excluding the cost of soil, sand, manure fertiliser, insecticide , pesticide, fungicide, as mentioned in scope of work. Specification of work/ special condition of contract
