| 2 | NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1.00 1. Servicing the Indoor units at regular intervals and as frequently as the company deems necessary based on condition of the Indoor units and will take all responsible care and maintain the outdoor and indoor units in safe and proper working condition. 2. Carry out the services work whenever possible on day convenient to the customer other than sunday and holiday and during regular working hours. 3. Depute an entitled authorised service personnel to attend all call backs during normal working hours and also if any emergency even after working hours. 4. Rate is inclusive of attending any emergency breakdown to keep VRF system running. 5.Quaterly health checking of outdoor and indoor units report should be submitted to department. 6.Rate is inclusive of spare parts as any required for repairing of VRF system 7. It is contractors responsibility for arranging the AAI passes/permission for entering the premises of CGAE inside Biju Patnaik International Airport. |
