(vi) Contractor will arrange all the T&P/ Diesel pumps for dewatering where ever required. (vii) Contractor /authorised reps shall collect the complaints recorded/entered in complaint register from Sub Div duly signed by JE everday. All complaints assigned shall be attended and resolved within same day otherwise Penal recovery @ Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be recovered from contractor's payment (viii) Contractor shall also provide list of labour appointed for daily complaints and also list of personnel to attend complaints in case of absence of regular labour. (ix) It will be the sole responsibility of the contractor/ authtorized reps to obtain the signature of users on complaint slip after completing the work.
