| 1 | General maintenance/servicing of heavy-duty cooling fan of transformers having capacity 415V 50Hz 1400rpm, 240-watt, 610 mm sweep the scope of work includes safe disconnection of electrical wirings of fan, removing case guard of cooling fan, dismantling of fan motor from main structure from radiator, cleaning oiling greasing/lubrication of bearings, replacement of deflective bearing/bushes it required, replacement of worn-out contacts if required, proper alignment of rotor shaft & fan wheel, proper sealing, changing of connections leads etc. The work also includes rafting/reinstallation back on radiator structure, checking the performance of the fans after connecting the proper supply and starting/stopping of fans at desired setting and free from abnormal noise. All men, material, consumables, T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. | ||
