The luminaire shall have a system lumen efficacy of more than 110 lm/W. The luminaire shall have a Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) of 6500K and a minimum rated life of 50,000 burning hours (L70). The Color Rendering Index (CRI) of the LED shall be greater than 70. The luminaire shall be complete with a driver having a Power Factor (PF) of 0.95 and 4 kV surge protection. The housing shall be made of pressure die-cast aluminium with heat-resistant flat glass/lens, and the luminaire shall conform to IP66 protection. The LED source manufacturer shall submit LM-80-08 test reports, and the luminaire shall be supported by LM-79-08 / IS 16106 test certificates issued by a NABL-accredited laboratory. The scope of work shall include connection leads, testing, and all other materials, accessories, and services required for the satisfactory completion of the work.
