| 1 | The Term Contract area is contained within the boundary covering the Air Force/Army unit/MES Complex located within the same as mentioned below :- TERM Contract To perform such services and execute such work on the terms and conditions contained /reffered to in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of the tender, at the rates contained in the aforsaid MES Schedule 2020. Following will be referred to as guiding documents for work execution: 1. Particular specification signed by AGE (I) KUMBHIRGRAM 2. MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-I, 2009 (specifications) and Part-II, 2020 (Rates), (here-in-after and in IAFW-2249 referred to as the MES Schedule ) including amendment 1 & 2 for Part-I, 2009 3. General Conditions of Contracts, IAFW-2249, (1989 print) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment 1 to 48. 4. Water will be supplied by the MES and shall be paid for by the contractor to the department at the rate of Rs.3.75 per every Rs1000.00 worth of work done priced at contract rates Notes: a) No work shall be ordered on the contract outside the limits of the area as defined above. b) Map showing the locations of different units covered within the scope of this Terms Contracts can be referred by the tenders in the Office of the AGE (I) Kumbhirgram or in the office of concerned AGE B/R Kumbhirgram on any working day during working hours. c) The work site lies at AFS Kumbhirgram within the state of Assam. GST on works contract as per the prevailing rate, pronounced, by the Govt or any amendment thereof being issued till receipt of the tender will have to be paid by the contractor. Rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to have been included the above aspect and no claim in this regards what-so-ever shall be entertained. Also the quoted rate shall be deemed to include labour welfare cess as applicable. d) The total estimated cost of any single work order ,job or service defined shall not exceed Rs 1,50,000. | 1.00 | RUPEES |
