| 1 | Comprehensive Maintinance of IR heating system with replacement, install, commissioning and testing of spars parts (which shall be measured and paid separetely here in after) for smooth functioning of IR heating sysytem (variable frequency Drive & Micro processor) of capacity 14.4 KW , Make: Kerone complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) Comprehensive maint of IR Heater shall be got carried out through authorised service agency of OEM. Contractor shall submit ink signed copy of MoU with authorised service agency within 15 days from issue of WO No.1 for approved by GE, before commencment of work. (ii) 02 Nos IR Heater are at 8.5 mtr high and 06 IR Heater are at 4.5 mtr hight .So bidder/ tenderer may consider this aspect as well as he may visit the site before quoting the tender,if required. Bidder shall himself made aware about availabilty of spare parts (as specified here in after) to adher timely comprehensive maintence of IR heater.Spares shall be procured from authorised dealer of OEM | 8 | Each Job |
| 2 | Penality:-(i) On taking over site,all the machine shall be inspected throughly by the authoirsed service agency and proper inventry of spares shall be made for smooth functioning of IR Heater sysytem and all the machine shall be made fully functional within 90 days of handing taking over site / WO No 01,failure of which a penality of 1000/- per day per IR heater subject to maximum of 10,000/- per IR heater shall be emposed (ii) All the subsequently break down if any as and when occurs are required to be attended within 72 Hrs of intimation of break down during currency of contract period and it shall be demaned to be inclusive in quoted unit rate.No rectification within 72 Hrs Apprently of 500/- per day per heated subject to max of 5000/- per heater shall be made. For monitering of service done for IR heating system a record shall be maintaned weekly duly signed by the Rep of contractor, Engineer in Chare and Rep of User's. | ||
