| 1 | One time inspection & servicing of the complete central AC plant of capacity 3x80 TR Voltas Make Chiller unit Model No -ACWCDS085 -03 Nos at M53 along with all equipment, electric connections to inspect the operation of plant by the rep of Authentic agency/(Specilized agency having experience of minimum 5 year to execute similar nature of work) and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice including replacement of defective component / equipment under the respective item of schedule to maintain & keep the central AC plant functional regularly complete all as specified and directed. (i) Inspecting the plant / system and carry out preventive as per the standard practice once times in a year or as required. (ii) Checking the refrigeration system, motor and starters and ensuring healthy condition of the plant. (iii) Checking the system for any leaks and rectifying the leakage by breezing of copper rod & oxygen flame, vaccuming the system after rectification of leakage, charging nitrozen and holding the pressure not less than 24 hrs or as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Taking set of readings and Reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any. (v) Checking the Refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings. (vii) Checking the functioning of compressor and its accessories. (viii) Cleaning the evaporator once a year . (ix) Lubricating the bearings of motors, fans when found necessary. (x) Quarterly Inspection of belts adjusting the tension. (xi) Checking of the microprocessor controller for its proper functioning with all sensors. (xii) Attending to breakdown calls. (xiii) Labour involving evacuation of refrigerant during replacement of controls and replacement of compressor. Note:- Inspection & servicing the complete air conditioning plant as brifed above in the ser No (i) to (xiii) is to be executed at site by the contractor in one time only within three month after issued of cotract work order. | 1.00 | Each Job |
