Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of lift landing doors at G+11 and G+9 floors for existing lifts of make Johnson Lifts Private Limited, complete in all respects, including dismantling and safe removal of existing doors and making good disturbed surfaces. Technical Specifications Door opening : (a)For 08 Passengers lift (02 Nos in G+9 & 09 nos in G+11) - 800x2000 mm (Width x Height) (b)For 13 Passengers lift (02 Nos in G+9 & 09 nos in G+11) - 900x2000 mm (Width x Height) Landing doors shall be automatic centre-opening/telescopic type (as per existing system), fabricated from minimum 1.5 mm thick stainless steel (SS 304) with hairline (satin/brushed) finish, having uniform vertical grain, free from dents, scratches, waviness, or visible joints. Finish shall be factory-applied and consistent across all floors. Doors shall be provided with electromechanical interlock system conforming to IS 14665 / EN 81, ensuring fail-safe operation. The complete door assembly shall include door panels, door operator with VVVF drive, header, gate lock, tracks, track rollers, hangers, gibs, door clutch, door sill (SS/aluminium), full-height light curtain/photo sensors, door motors, and all associated accessories. Doors shall operate smoothly, noiselessly, and without vibration, and shall be suitable for heavy-duty usage with corrosion resistance.222.00Each

The door shall be fully compatible and synchronized with the existing lift control system and landing doors. Safety devices shall conform to IS 14665 / EN 81 and ensure safe operation under all conditions.18.00Each
3Notes for item no. 1 and 2 :- 1. The completed installation shall be inspected and approved by the competent Government Lift Inspector / Electrical Inspector as per applicable State Lift Rules. The contractor shall: a) Arrange inspection from the Lift Inspectorate b) Submit all required drawings, certificates, and documents c) Pay all statutory inspection fees and charges d) Rectify all observations raised during inspection The work shall be deemed complete only after obtaining statutory approval and fitness certificate from the Lift Inspector. 2. The Contractor shall guarantee the entire lift door installation (including landing doors and car doors, complete with all components, accessories, and systems) for a Defect Liability Period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of successful completion, commissioning, and handing over. 3. During the Defect Liability Period, the Contractor through OEM shall: 3.1Attend and rectify all defects, deficiencies, malfunctions, or breakdowns arising due to defective 3.2materials, workmanship, or improper installation. 3.3Replace defective components/parts with new ones of approved make at no extra cost 3.4 Ensure minimum downtime and maintain proper functioning of doors and safety systems
