| 1 | Planning, design & construction of Seven Storeyed (Stilt + 6) RCC framed structure for 192 Type-III houses, (4 nos. towers, 48 nos. type-III houses in each tower with stilt), Stilt Portion & Parking Area in each tower at ground level, Open Stairs 2 nos., & Meter Rooms (floor height as per tender drawing), circulating area common area, 2 nos. lift well, Mumty, Overhead Tanks, etc. including execution of all connected Civil, Public Health & Electrical works, all civil, Public Health and Electrical services, cupboards, internal water supply & sanitary installations in dual plumbing system, M.S. railing, internal & external finishing, doors & windows, flooring, painting, waterproofing, C.P. & sanitary fittings, internal E & M installations, civil & Design, Engineering, supply, installation, testing, & commissioning of complete Electrical System including Internal & External Electrification, HT/LT System, DG set, Lifts, Earthing lighting Protection, Street Lighting, and associated work for the project. Firefighting downcomer system, manual/ automatic fire alarm system, all firefighting systems to be provided as per latest NBC code applicable during the construction of work, fire extinguisher, common passive networking infrastructure for LAN & lifts and all incidental works as per drawing by incorporating stipulated specifications and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Public health, electrical works with external development works (Water supply, storm, T.T. water),External sewer up to first manhole, all leads, lifts, additional heights, necessary centering, shuttering & scaffolding etc., all complete including testing & commissioning of all civil & E&M services as shown in layout plan, relevant drawings and as per terms and conditions of bid document on design-build (EPC Mode-II) and handover basis, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
a. The contractor will provide detaileddesign and drawings for the services,where ever required, for which nothingextra shall be paid to contractor.
b. Scope of work and execution as per tender drawings, approved structural drawings, approved and services drawings (both internal & external), as per item nomenclature referred in latest version of DSR(civil and E&M) and non- schedule items, as per terms and conditions of bid document in EPC mode-
II and as per direction of Engineer-in-
charge.
