The Car Station PCB DOR (Door Operation Relay) of a lift is an essential part of the elevator control system responsible for managing the opening and closing of the lift doors. The Car Station PCB acts as the communication interface between the lift car s control panel and the main controller. The DOR circuit or relay on this PCB ensures that the doors operate safely and efficiently by sending signals to the door motor controller based on user commands or system logic. The Car Station PCB DOR should be imported from the Japan. The main function of the Car Station PCB DOR is to open and close the door in the existing elevator. | 4 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10 mm Rope in the existing elevator. The hoist ropes or lift ropes, are essential components of elevator systems designed to support and move the elevator car within the shaft. These ropes are typically made from high-strength steel wires twisted into strands and then around a core, either steel or natural fiber, to form a robust and flexible cable. The primary function of elevator ropes is to safely handle the weight of the elevator car, passengers, and additional loads while enabling smooth and reliable up-and-down movement. The ropes run over a traction sheave connected to the motor drive system, which controls elevator movement through rotation. For safety, a governor rope is also used as part of an overspeed governor system to prevent the car from moving too fast by activating brakes in emergencies. The approximate length of the rope 35-38 mtr each and the total length of the Nos. 10 mm Rope is 140-150 mtr should be installed in the existing elevator. The rope should be imported from the Korea. The main function of the elevator hoisting ropes is to support, lift, and lower the elevator car and its counterweight within the elevator shaft. The rope should be of KIS Wire make only. The job also includes the cost of labour, making connection and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.
