| 1 | Providing Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of microprocessor based analogue type fire alarm system. Under the AMC the firm shall provide maintenance service of the system. The service must be carried out weekly and the complaint call must be attended by the firm in addition to the general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls.
