| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance and attending complaints street lights, flood lights, LED bollards, perimeter lights, high mast lights, solar/LED light fittings and associated wiring/cables, including inspection, fault finding, dismantling and refixing of fittings, cleaning of bowls/diffusers, rectification of defects in underground cables, testing and restoring the power to serviceable condition of light fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The contractor shall deploy one Electrician and one Helper during General Shift (0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) for maintenance of street/security and other outdoor lighting in Air Force School, 3 BRD Sector-31, Technical Area and Domestic Area of 3 BRD. (ii) All T&P, testing equipment, ladders, access equipment, safety appliances etc shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) Complaints shall be attended and rectified within 24 hours of reporting, failing which a penalty of Rs. 200/- per complaint per day shall be recovered. (iv) The quoted rates shall include bucket crane, hydra, ladder or any other suitable means required for attending complaints at heights from 7 m to 20 m. Safety of workmen shall be the contractor's responsibility. (v) Major components such as LED drivers, LED fittings, bollard fittings and luminaires shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
