Note:- (i) Any minor defect noticed during function l test (i.e.) making electrical connections into the electrical control panel, filling the graphite packing seal into the gland piece of centrifugal type firefighting pump, replacement of rubber flanged gaskets of size 250/150 mm /100 mm with necessary nuts bolts and washers if required to arrest the leakages etc to make the firefighting system functional shall deemed to be included in the quoted item rates. (ii) Periodical serviceability /functional test for locations viz Old MLH/ARS-1 hanger shall be carried out in every month by station fire section . Record of the same shall be maintained and submitted to the Engr-in-Charge duly signed by contractor and his engineer including endorsement from Station fire section. (iii) A recovery of double @ quoted rate shall be made against the contractor for not attending the complaints with in 24 Hrs (iv) Any major unserviceable item related to firefighting system shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of schedule if required to be replaced for making the system serviceable. | 15.00 | Each Job |
