| 4 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning Multifunction energy meters with 0.5s class, standard IS 13779, IS14697, IEC62052-11, IEC62053-21, IEC62053-23, IEC62053-22, IEC61010, IEC6205 capable of acquiring comprehensive electrical, power, and power-quality parameters from the connected feeder. The device shall provide phase-wise and aggregate values of voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive/apparent power, along with power factor, demand parameters, total harmonic distortion (THD), and all associated quality indicators. It shall further support historical metering intelligence, including load survey data and event logs, as required for operational and audit purposes along with data stamped with RTC time. The meter shall communicate all real-time and cumulative data through the designated interface and shall be inherently future-compatible, with the capability to operate as a communication gateway if the metering network is subsequently migrated to a TCP/IP-based architecture. All metering functions shall meet the required industrial accuracy, stability, and interoperability norms- 180 Nos

| 5 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of LT Current Transformers shall be suitable for use on a 1.1 kV, 50 Hz system and may be supplied in resin-cast or moulded construction, ring type or bar-primary as required. CTs should generally follow accuracy class 0.5 for metering, with a typical burden around 10 VA and secondary rating of 5 A (or 1 A if specified). Primary ratios shall be provided as per the load requirement. The CTs should comply with the relevant IS/IEC standards for LT metering-grade transformers and withstand normal insulation and thermal conditions for LT panels. They should be suitable for busbar or panel mounting and marked with basic details such as ratio, class, burden, and manufacturer information.
