Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchen cabinet knobs, tightening of wire mess, screws, hinges, handles, glass, tightening/ easing of door /window of door shutter etc including taking down and refixing of existing articles such as chowkhats/door/window shutters etc as ordered/required on all working days. Staff/ rep of contractor to attend the complaint cell at 0900 AM on daily basis and update completion of work on same day 5000 hrs of next day 0900 hrs, all as specified and directed. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading for glass, nut & bolts etc reqd as per site requirement shall be provided by contractor and is included in the the quoted rates.

| 2 | Attending day to day complaints related to water supply & plumbing work only, such as leakage and replacement (if required) of bib cock/pillar cock/ stop cock/angle valve, wall mixer, sink mixer, WHB mixer, connectors, pipes, waste pipes, Sanitary/ceramic/other CP fittings of any description, changing washers, cleaning of air lock in the pipe, leaking low level or high level flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve and including removal/taking down of existing articles such as sanitary fittings, water tank, GI/PVC pipe etcl or for refixing the same or replacement of rubber washer in PVC syphons/bath fittings and adjusting the float valve of over head tanks and leaking PVC bends/galvanised iron pipes etc as per site requirement on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900AM on daily basis and update completion of work all as specified and directed. Material such as threads, lead, solvent cement to join PVC pipes etc shall be included in the quoted rate.

| 3 | Attending day to day complaints related to welding work such as door hinges welding, wiremesh fixing on steel windows and other misc wks with all required tools, rep of contractor at 0900AM will report to complaint cell and on same day at 0500 PM , twice in a week basis after satisfactory completion, complete all as specified and directed. Material such as sponge, welding electrodes, nuts, bolts, screws and other small articles as required shall be included in the quoted rate.

| 4 | Attending day to day complaints related to masonary work only such as repairs to Brick / PCC Block Work, Plastering, Finishes, Flooring, PCC / RCC Repair Work, Hardstanding, Path, fixing of EWC/WC etc including demolition & dismanteling as per site requirement on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900AM on daily basis and update completion of work all as specified and directed. Material such as spong etc shall be included in the quoted rate.
Note for serial item No 1 to 4:- (i) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis except for item No 3 (weekly basis).
(ii) Every docket will be submitted at complaint cell on daily basis on same day after satisfactory completion and signed by user/suitable remarks recd.
(iii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors.
(iv) Rs. 150.00 per complaint shall be recovered against non attending of every complaints.
(v) Material will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. However for fixing of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
(vi) Self conveyance should be arranged by tradesman himself for attending complaints and the cost of same is deemed to be ncluded in the quoted rates. | 1000 | Each complaint |
