Cladding shall be Open joint with the gap filled with weatherproof silicon sealant of 791 grade(Non stain/Non-bleeding type).The rate shall include all materials, cost of preparing appropriate substrate surface over the civil structure, and complete installation including curved or straight profiles which require thermoforming, along with necessary dies, templates, and specialized forming methods, wastages, all labour, scaffoldings, power, water, tools and tackles, transport, storage, lead and lift to the desired location etc., complete as required.

| 4 | Design, Supply and fixing Zinc Composite Panel (ZCP) for columns cladding of approved shade made out of Zinc Titanium alloy sheet (Conforming to EN988 Standards) of 4mm thick Zinc Composite Panel (0.5mm +3mm + 0.5mm) material consisting of 3mm FR Grade Mineral Core sandwiched between on front Zinc Titanium alloy sheet and back Aluminum alloy sheet having a Service Coat. The Make of 0.5 mm thick Zinc Titanium Sheets used for Manufacturing of Zinc Composite shall be same as the 1.5 mm thick Zinc Titanium sheets used for Column Cladding /wall cladding. The weight of panel should be minimum 9.3 kg/sqm. The ZCP product must conform to EN 13501 class B s1 d0 and two-hour fire resistance as per ASTM E119. Fixed using stainless steel 304 grade screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, filled with weather silicone non streaking sealant 791 (colour as approved by the Architect), backer rods etc. The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 or MS with Hot Dip Galvanised finish with Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts.
Framework: Mild Steel hot dipped galvanized (60 microns) C brackets of size 75mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with slot of 8mm x 15mm are fixed to the existing RCC columns or any other backing surface. Aluminium hollow section / tube of size 38mm x 50mm of 2mm thick shall be fixed to these brackets both vertically and horizontally by using M6 x 75mm stainless steel bolts and nuts. The framework can easily be aligned for plumb and straightness panel fixing.
Panel Fixing: Composite panels are cut to size, routed, corners notched and bend as per the dimensions specified. After the panels are bend aluminium cleats of size 16mm x 16mm by 40mm length are fixed to the edge of the panels by using aluminium pop rivets. The panels are fixed to the framework by using 2 nos. stainless steel screws per cleats. The gap between the panels (both vertical and horizontal) are filled with backer rod & non stain weatherproof silicon sealant as specified earlier. Only the visible finished surface area of ZCP cladding will be measured for payment, rate shall be inclusive of all type of folds / returns required to form a panel. The rate shall also include the cost of all materials as above like cost of FR grade ZCP sheet, aluminium framing sections with 15-micron anodic coating, M.S galvanized brackets, silicon, involved in all the operations described above including cartage, wastages, all labour, scaffoldings, power, water, tools and tackles, transport, storage, lead and lift to the desired location etc., complete as required.All works to be executed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and in accordance with approved design, specifications and drawings. The finished surface shall be protected with a self-adhesive peel off foil with 80 microns thickness (white or black) tested to with stand at least 6 months exposure to local weather condition without losing the original peel off characteristic or causing stain or other damages on the coated surface of the Zinc composite panel. If the stain or any damage noticed after peeling off by the fabricator, such panel should be replaced with new one of the same shade and color, at no extra cost. | 710.00 | Sqm |
