| 1 | NOTE FOR ITEM NOS 1 to 21 : Contractor shall obtain issue voucher duly mentioning MES No, type & capacity of motor/ pump, date etc. Upon completion of servicing/ rewinding / replacement of parts, necessary receipt voucher shall be obtained. The details of IV / RV shall be entered in MB during measurements. RAR/ FB payment will be paid based on IV/ RV only. No payment shall be effected for measurements without details of IV/ RV and contractor shall have no claim for payments disallowed on account of the same. Dismantling the monoblock pumpset any capacity after disconnecting suction and delivery pipes including electrical connection, transporting the pumpset any of capacity 0.5 HP to 2.5 HP to workshop for carryingout repairs/servicing and overhauling including greasing / oiling, replacement of wornout bushes, bolts and nuts etc including replacement of defective spares complete and including painting of pumpset after preparation of oil surface by scrapping, cleaning and apply two coats of synthetic enamelled paint with spray gun and writing the SM/MES No including suction and delivery pipe lines along with writing of the details of feeder lines with indication and detecting any repair in the pumpset after connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed.
