4Providing and applying two component primer CIPOXY 11 (100 microns) of CIPY or equivalent of FOSROC/BASF on the prepared surface by brush / roller covered and sealed evenly on entire surface and allow for 4-5 hours curing. Applying two components CIPOXY-90 (in combination with graded aggregates, offers the highest compressive strength, greater than 100 MPa among the epoxy screed) mortar in the ratio 2:1 and mixed with 2.5 parts of Silica Quartz in a powder mixture to achieve homogenous and applied & levelled by trowelling to form a monolithic layer to a thickness of 1900microns and allow curing for 4-5 hours complete all as specified and directed.
5Self leveling EPU top coat with CIPOTHANE SL 1000 of CIPY or equivalent of FOSROC/BASF at a specified ratio and levelled by trowelling to a thickness of 1000 micron and spike roller is applied for de-aeration. The entire top coat has to be dried for 24 hours before loading complete all as specified and directed.
