The outdoor unit heat exchanger Fins to be provided with Hydrophilic coating and additional Epoxy Coating for anti-corrosive protection. Top discharge outdoor unit above 16 HP should be with multi compressor. The Outdoor Units shall be suitable to operate in an ambient temperature range up to 530C in Cooling mode. The compressors should have Oil level sensors for real time oil sensing.
