| 1 | Over hauling of existing rolling shutters, including cleaning the entire rolling shutters, greasing of the pipe shaft, side guides, springs, ball bearings, inner and outer locking arrangement, gear arrangement, tightening of springs etc. including removal and refixing of complete shutter if require and all other such operations so as to ensure a smooth operation of rolling shutters, including cost of all labour, ladder, scaffolding, grease and other consumables complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Note: 1) Payment is per no. basis irrespective of size of the shutter, rolling shutters once overhauled should be maintained by the contractor during the next six months at their cost for smooth operation. However spare parts required if any will be paid separately under relevant items.
2) Spares like Shafts, Springs and Bearings, laths, handles, gear mechanism etc. will be paid separately under the relevant items.
3) Cost of all other consumables required shall be borne by the contractor.
4) Shutters of the following sizes are existing in the Plant: 2.20x3.73 M, 2.65x3.45 M, 2.65x2.79 M, 2.61x 3.24 M, 2.87x 3.13 M, 3.9x3.96 M, 3.9x3.25 M, 3.2x3.43 M, 3.18x3.29 M, 3.18x3.69 M, 2016x3.66 M, 3.62x6.91 M, 3.12x4.21 M, 3.57x3.81 M, 4.53x5.36 M, 4.22x5.41 M, 4.22x4.96 M, 5.14x4.25 M, 4.35x3.63 M, 4.92x6.55 M, 4.6x4.84 M, 4.36x6 M etc. Shutter sizes are given for guidance only. Actual sizes may vary from shutter to shutter.)
5) Rolling Shutter removing, maintenance & re-installation is to be carried out in single day. Contractor has to make all necessary arrangement for compliance of above situation. Failing to comply the above situation will attract a panel recovery of Rs. 5000/- against each shutter and the same will be recovered from the bill. | 63.00 | Each |
