| 1 | M&L for repairs to roof slab with the following specifications:- (a) Taking down existing tar felt, plastering, cement concrete/ lime concrete, Brick bats (any thickness) from the roof surface and washing down & cleaning the surface with water and rubbish off the premises (b) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) if any cracks observed. (c) Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre (d) M&L 40mm average thickness padding cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (12.5mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction) (e) 5 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction) on surface to have a smooth surface for laying floor finishes (f) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minium 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid on primed surfaces with industrial bitumen 85/25, @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer @ 0.5 litre/Sqm by gas flame torch application and cleaning surfaces, applying evenly a tack coat/primer of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20kg/sqm over APP membrane (g) Two coats Aluminium paint over Water Proofing Treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. . | 3600.00 | Sqm |
| 2 | M&L for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floor. (b) Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (c) Filling the visible cracks with the mixture of 1kg crack fill powder with 200 ml crack fill plus and water. (d) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction) averaging 40mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards spout. (e) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instructions over bottom and vertical surfaces contact with sunken slab, finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement. (f) Applying three coats of SBR super Latex mixer (1 kg SBR super Latex mixed with 1.5 ltr water and 5 kg cement) over bottom and vertical surfaces contact with sunken slab upto top floor as per manufacturer instruction. Make: Dr Fixit or equivalent (g) S&F 32mm Low density poly ethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/ cm2 pipe laid in sunken floors as spouts. (h) M&L PCC 1:5:10 type ,E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor filling. (j) PCC 1:3:6,type C-2,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over PCC 1:5:10 filling as in subbase to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
