| 1 | Note for sl no 1 to 6 items of this BOQ :- SITE FOR EXECUTION OF WORK :- 1) Tenderer shall note that entire work shall be executed at Runway / taxi track/ Tarmac & around of airfield area. Due to continous Flying commitment at Daman air station , site for execution of work will be made available to contractor on Saturday, Sunday, Holiday and non flying days or whenever Runway will be made available to the department by ATS authorities. The contractor will have to arrange his working programme accordingly. The contractor has to liaise with the ATS authorities two days prior of his planned works and schedule accordingly. Any claim of the contractor on account of not giving the entire site after award of work or handing over the site in piecemeal manner will not be entertained by the department at any stage. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of above mentioned aspects.
