| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of 420 kwp Solar power plant at Subroto Park to ensure maximum solar energy is fed to grid including the contractor will have to carried out inspection/check and maintenance of following equipments as given below: (i) Trouble free operation of the Solar Power Plant. (ii) Monitor the performance of the Solar Power Plant by data logging. (iii) Monthly report preparation & reporting to MES on performance of Power Plant (iv) Frequent testing of plant equpment by 'Walk Down' checks to internal condition of equipments such as module performance, inverter test, monitorting system testing etc careful logging of operation data and periodically processing it to determing abnormal or slowly deteriorating conditions careful controland supervision of operation conditions. (Wide and rapid variations in voltage and frequency conditions to contribute to increased maintenance) (v) Inspection and maintenance of the all Cable and connection box. (vi) Inspection and maintenance of the all Solar panels/ PV modules (1403 Nos). (vii) Inspection and maintenance of the all solar wiring connected to different devices (viii) Inspection and maintenance of Solar PV Arrary. (ix) Inspection and maintenance of Instruments . (x) Inspection and maintenance of junction box . (xi) Inspection and maintenance of wiring . (xii) Inspection and maintenance of Grid inverters (10 Nos) , attend to the emergency break down of the components. Make Chinta. The following check and work carried out in maintenance of grid inverter as given. (a) Remove any excess dust in heat sink and ventilations.This shall only be done with a dry cloth and brush (b) Check and clean that vermin have not infested the inverter , Typical signs of this include Spider webs on ventilation grills or waps nest in heat sinks. (c) Check functionality ,e.g automatic disconnection upon loss of grid power supply,at least once a month (d) Verify the state of DC/AC surge arrestors,cable connection and circuit breakers monthly (e) Clean and replace air filters. (f) Contractor also provide skilled technician and labour for attending the fault occurred anywhere in solar system with in 24 hours of fault occurance and rectified the same within 48 hours of fault occurance without affecting the generation of solar system Note:- (for item i to xii). The check / inspection schedule and complete description of work carried out in maintenance Schedule of above given items as per PS clause. All reports of inspection and maintenance have to be submitted to deparment time to time. (xi) The check / inspection of data acquistion system . Note:- (for item no x): (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately (b) Contractor will supply well experienced and well conversant manpower against solar plant complaints,at a time for attending fault all working days including sunday and all Holidays. (c) Contractor shall provides all tools and plants as required (d) In case of failure to rectify the fault within 48hours after attending the fault a penal recovery shall be made from contractors due @ Rs 500/- per day for each fault/complaint. | 12.00 | Per Month |
| 2 | Cleaning of Solar panel fortnightly (1403 Nos at various locations) using water properly. The following things shall be kept in mind during cleaning (a) use water and a soft sponge or cloth for cleaning (b) Do not use detergent or any abrasive material for panel cleaning (c ) Iso-propyl alcohol may be used to remove oil or grease stains (d) Do not spray water on the panel if panel glass is cracked or the back side is perforated (e) Wipe water from module as soon as possible. (f) Use proper safety kit while cleaning (g) The module should not be cleaned when they are excessively hot.Early morning is particularly good time for module cleaning (h) Ensure that the module terminal connections are not exposed while cleaning ;this poses a risk of electric shock. | 12.00 | Each Job |
