| 1 | Desilting road side drain/sump/culverts (As per inventory) by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high-pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump or Super sucker (whichever required) having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. including safe disposal of silt within municipal limits in chasis mounted dump tanks having minimum capacity of 10 Cum. The operation should be video graphed /Photographed with GPS enabled Camera for entire stretch of the drain cleaned of desilting up-to bed level in each operation and keeping record and submission to Engineer -in-charge. The operation shall include: i) Supply of all materials, labour, T&P temporary power connection with stand by generator set of capacity at least 100 KVA. ii) Arrangements of Gas detector, forced air ventilators etc. wherever required. iii) Removal of all hindrances/obstruction, unforeseen items, permission from other department (department will only assist in getting the permission etc.) cutting bituminous road, excavation/demolishing of brick work, cement concrete, RCC wherever required and restoring the same. The payment shall be deducted as per schedule mentioned in the contract for the portion of drain not desilted properly or not maintained properly as per recovery schedule mentioned in the contract. iv) Observing all norms/guidelines of National Green Tribunal or department of environment or other statuary body as per the law of land. v) The work includes the safe disposal of waste operation without any extra cost to department. obtained from the above desilting vi) Nothing extra shall be payable on account of disposal of malba or slurry etc. Note: Only 70% payment will be released after desilting of drains & balance 30% will be released after satisfactory maintenance of desilted drains for further 3 Months. | 1620.000 | m |

| 4 | Note: 1. If any environmental assistant or supervisor is found absent, the penalty @ Rs. 1500/- each per day shall be imposed on agency and recovered from the bill. 2. If agency fails to do the work or work is not found satisfactory, the penalty @ Rs. 7500/- each per day shall be imposed on agency and recovered from the bill. 3. Contractor shall follow the relevant NGT orders and if any fine/penalty/challan is imposed by any Govt. agency the cost of same shall be borne by the contractor. 4. The execution of item No. 2 may be partially or fully terminated as soon as the work for compliance of CAQM guidelines for Mechanized road sweeping commences at site and no claim in lieu of this termination shall be entertained by the department. |
