| 1 | Note:- (a) Debris obtained from any dismantling or demolition shall be removed beyond MOD land and rates shall be considered inclusive in respective items quoted rates. (b) Contractor shall be liable to taking down and refixing of IGL Gas pipe line and meters if required during execution of work through IGL representative. (c) Contractor shall be liable to repair of electric cable/OFC cable/pipe line(any description) if damaged during execution of work. (d) Work shall be executed in multistorey bldgs (i.e. upto & incl G+8). Rate of scoffolding/safety arrangements are included in item rates. No extra amount shall be paid. | ||

Bottom surface of manholes/ inspection chambers & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludges/sludge water/any type of waste recovered from sewage lines/manholes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer in charge. | 5 | Cleaning & clearing of any size of bore underground/above ground sewage line from any type of trap (WCs/Gully trap/ floor traps/CI pipes/Nahani traps/Bathrooms etc) upto 1st Manhole of any description from ground floor to forth floor(both vertical and horizontal) including scafolding and safety measures and at any height/depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking (Sludge / sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE No-1 :- (a) The complaint shall be attended on the same day and complaints slips duly signed by the user will be deposited back to the JE(Civil) on the same day (b) A pucca bound register shall be maintained for this purpose which shall always be kept in the custody of JE Civil indicating date and time of complaint informed and rectified respectively.NOTE No-2 :- (a) The contractor shall deploy minium 01 safaiwala, 01 helper (Total 02 people ) alongwith T&P to attend the complaints. The contractor/his rep will report to JE (Civil) in complaint cell/service centre of AGE B/R-III under GE(WEST) Delhi Cantt between 0900 to 0930 hrs (except on Sunday/Gazetted holidays). (b) The complaints shall be attended on the same day and complaints slips duly signed by the user will be depo sited back to JE (Civil) on the same day . (c) Working time for all people employed the contractor will be from 0900 to 1700 hrs . In case of emergency , they can be called any time beyond specified time and will be given off at the discretion of Engr-in-charge (d) A penalty of Rs 200/- per day per person will be levied in case of absence of any safaiwala or helper (e) A pucca bound register shall be mainted for this purpose which shall always be maintained in the custody of JE (Civ) indicating date and time of complaint informed and rectified respectively. (f) Man power /employees deployed by contractor shall have saftey measures for the job and life insurance policy for compensation in case of any accident.
