Surfaces shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated. (b) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/sqm of grade 85/25 confirming to IS-73. (c) Laying 3 mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75 mm at sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer, all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface.
