| 1 | Note : (a) Debris obtained from any dismantling or demolition shall be removed beyond MOD land and rates shall be considered inclusive in respective items quoted rates. (b) Contractor shall be liable to taking down and refixing of IGL Gas pipe line and meters if required during execution of work through IGL representative. (c) Contractor shall be liable to repair of electric cable/OFC cable/pipe line, etc. (any description) if damaged during execution of work (d ) As per requirment work may be executed at any given site, within the AoR of AGE B/R-III (W) Delhi Cantt-10. (e) Work shall be executed in multistorey bldgs (i.e. upto G+8 incl Mumty). Rate of scoffolding/safety arrangements are included in item rates. No extra amount shall be paid. (f) Attending day to day complaints of carpentary work (wooden/steel/aluminium) iron/aluminium mongery, palmet box, door springs, rolling shutters, venetion blinds etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such like tighting of screws/nails easening of joinery door spring etc in the area of Piru Vihar in the AOR of AGE B/R-III . complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday , commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slips. Any item/material which are required to be replaced shall be supplied by the Department other than those mentioned in 'S&F' items. However labour charges for items of 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repair' shall be included in respective item. (ii) In addition above Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P such as (screws/nails, plugs, grease,putty welding rods & portable welding machine drill machine & bid) etc including necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure to make it functionalncl all as specified and directed. (iii) The above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's Incharge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Egr in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. The work shall be executed upto 9 storey bldg. | ||
