| 1 | M&L for Comprehensive Maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) Set mentioned at Appx-A, covering all routine scheduled services, running repairs, breakdown maintenance and replacement of all wear-and-tear parts, lubricants, filters, and consumables necessary for the smooth and reliable operation of the DG set. The scope includes: 1.Preventive Maintenance: Execution of all mandatory periodic services (A-Check, B-Check, C-Check,D-Check as per OEM), including replacement of Engine Oil, Coolant, Fuel Filters, Oil Filters, Air Filters, and all associated consumables (The item should be measure and paid seperatly in repective item of this schedule). 2.Breakdown Maintenance: Unlimited call-outs for emergency breakdown repairs, including all required labor and consumables. 3.Replacement of Parts: Replacement of all non-structural, wear-and-tear components (e.g., fan belts, hoses, sensors, batteries, minor electrical components, etc.) that fail or require replacement during the contract period to ensure operational readiness. Excludes major engine overhaul components (e.g., block, crank, major alternator winding) unless explicitly stated in the contract/tender documents. 4.Testing and Load Trials: Quarterly load banking or on-load testing of the DG set for a minimum duration of 1 hour, documenting performance parameters (voltage, frequency, current, oil pressure, temperature). 5.Logbook and Reporting: Maintaining a comprehensive service logbook and providing detailed service reports after every PM visit and breakdown call. NOTE:-All work shall be carried out only by authorised Rep of OEM and using all genuine spare parts supplied by OEM only, in this regard an MOU between OEM i.e M/S Cotton Greaves and the Contractor must be perform , A copy of the same MOU shall be uploaded with the tender document . | 11.00 | Per Month |

| 3 | General Terms and Condition For Item no 01 (i) All work shall be carried out only by authorised Rep of OEM and using all genuine spare parts supplied by OEM only. (ii) Contractor should be responsible of proper functioning of all the system from current condition (either in malfunctioning or working) in the initial phase of contract and rate for for the same shall be included in the quoted. Nothing extra in that respect shall be paid to the contractor. (iii) Contractor through OEM shall be responsible for repair and replacement of all defective parts of the equipment as per OEM recommendation during entire comprehensive maintenance period. (iii) Preventive maintenance of all systems on monthly basis. (iv) Attending all complaints within 24 working hours intimated by Engg-in-Charge. (v) Field service report shall be maintained and submitted to the Engg-incharge after expiry of every month and before submission of RAR .
