| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of diesel engine operated dewatering pump 2 Set (38 BHP) as per Inventory attached including all mechanical servicing, repair, testing and commissioning complete in all respects. The scope shall include dismantling, inspection, cleaning, replacement of worn-out parts, engine tuning, lubrication, including refilling/replacement of lubricating oil (Mobil oil or equivalent), vacuum oil, cleaning of crankcase/sump, replacement/cleaning of oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, oil strainers/suction strainers, cooling system check, alignment, vibration check, and reassembly including inspection, adjustment and proper alignment of coupling/drive system and replacement of coupling belt with new of approved make and specification as and when required.
The work also includes repair/replacement of mechanical components such as bearings, seals, gaskets, impeller, coupling, hoses, nuts & bolts, etc. as required, including testing of pump performance, ensuring proper suction and discharge, and smooth operation of the system and servicing of electrical starting system including battery, starter, alternator and wiring, complete in all respects.
The item shall be executed complete with all labour, tools & tackles, consumables, and incidental charges required for satisfactory operation of the pump, as per site conditions and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- All the Items/parts to be replaced for comprehensive maintenence of shall be ISI marked and as per OEM or as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. | 12 | Month |
