The abstract of monthly water bills shall be displayed on the notice board of the concerned pocket, and one copy thereof shall be provided to the concerned RWA on a regular basis, besides distribution of individual water bills to each consumer at their respective flats/plots. 2. The agency shall ensure that every consumer is informed of their monthly water bill details through appropriate communicat ion channels, such as email or registered mobile number (where available), on a timely basis. 3. All necessary T&P, machinery, photocopier, and other related arrangements required for execution of the work shall be arranged by the agency at its own cost. |
