(c) Contractor arrengement skilled trademan, adiquate manpowers during execution of internal and external plumbing works including all safety precaution, scaffolding, standing pads, with all safety measures as per Govt guide linse and rules up to fourth storey of building in DAD Coplex Panchwati.
