(ii) Contractor's engineer or supervisor shall be available for execution of work and paper work. (iii) complaints are of day to day nature and complete site cannot be forecasted or complete site cannot be handed over to contractor at once.The contractor shall provide manpower and material as per requirement , in case the contractor is not able to produce skilled labour as per the contract charges will be levied upon. | | |
| 2 | Attending day to day upkeeping under ground sewage complaints of all nature for rectification i.e. blockage of WHB, bottle trap, urinal, sink, floor trap Nahani traps, WC gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia including junction holes of any description ,sewer/rain water line, manholes in any situation of building for cleaning manually using bamboo or other eqpt / mechanically as per requirement at site and removing blockage from entire system and making it fully functional in the area of OTM HQ TGME,Old base hosp, AFTC, 629 TPTcoy, & AFMSD HQ CWE NO. 2 , BSO yard WEST and in the AOR of AGE B/RIII complete all as specified and as directed. It also includes the removal of sludge / night soil produced by daily cleaning beyond MOD land immediately after drying
Note :- (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip.
(ii) Contractor shall arrange suitable mechanical equipments incl necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed.
(iii) In addition to above, Contractor shall arrange mechanical rodding with vibrating/ drilling concept i.e trolley mounted sewer cleaning machine once in every month for cleaning entire sewage system and free of any sludge/ blockage.
(iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's Incharge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Egr in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However such complaints shall be attended on very next day whether it is 'Sunday' or 'Gazetted Holidays' and nothing extra shall be payalbe to contractor on this account.

| 3 | Attending day to day complaint of water leakage from taps, WCs, flushing cistern, urinals, wash basins, bottle traps etc and any obstruction to water supply requiring plumbing work and carry out minor repairs such like replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings, adjustment of float valves and syphon fittings of flushing cistern, cleaning of bottle traps etc in the area of OTM HQ TGME,Old base hosp,AFTC,629 TPT coy HQ CWE NO. 2 , BSO yard WEST & AFMSD . all as specified and directed.
Note : (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday , commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a recovery shall be made from his dues. Any item/material which are required to be replaced shall be supplied by the contractor himself and proof for the same shall be provided to the dept daily. The labours/ tradesmen required for replacement of 'Supply Only' items are included under this item. However labour charges for items of 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repair' shall be included in respective item.
(ii) In addition of above Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P such as die set (1/2" to 1") washers of all size, safeda, Teflon tape, M-seal, screws, nails etc and like incl necessary form work and scaffolding and safety measures to make it functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed
(iii) The above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.
(iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's Incharge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Egr in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account.

| 4 | Attending day to day complaints of carpentary work (wooden/steel/aluminium) iron/aluminium mongery, palmet box, door springs, rolling shutters, venetion blinds etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such like tighting of screws/nails easening of joinery door spring etc in the area of OTM HQ TGME,Old base hosp,AFTC,629 TPT coy HQ CWE NO. 2, BSO yard WEST & AFMSD. complete all as specified and directed.
Note :

| 5 | Attending day to day complaint of black smith work to welding work in repais to steel windows/doors, handles, door springs, iron frame of doors, rolling shutter and other iron misc works ,repair by welding run or spot welding complete as per site requirement in the area of OTM HQ TGME,Old base hosp,AFTC,629 TPT coy HQ CWE NO.2, BSO yard WEST & AFMSD complete all as specified and directed.
