1Supplying, erecting, installing, testing and commissioning including topographical survey of Grid connected Rooftop Solar Photo-voltaic (PV) plant of 30 KWp at 20 Mandir Marg PV output at STC comprising of following sub-components and meeting the specifications as given here-in-after. Note- Design structural drawings of module mounting structure alongwith design calculations shall be submited by the contractor duly vetted from MNRE approved organisation/ NIT/ IIT / Govt Research Institute/NISE. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in this item. Minimal technical requirements/standards for SPV systems/plants to be deployed as per MNRE are mandatorily to be complied within the design.Some of these are narrated here-in-after.For other details website of MNRE may be referred. Bidder must visit the site before quoting the tender. In case any bidder feels that one or more of these system specifications can not be met in his design.1.00Each Job
2Photo Voltaic (PV) Modules : The PV modules must conform to the latest edition of any of the following IEC/equivalent BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval:Mono Crystalline Silicon Terrestrial PV Modules:IEC61215/IS14286/ Equivalent IS (if available as on last date of receipt of tender) In addition, the modules must conform to IEC 61701 Salt mist corrosion testing, IEC 62804- Certification for PID resistance, IEC61730Part1-requirements for construction & Part2-requirements for testing, for safety qualification or Equivalent IS.
3Each PV module must use a RF identification tag(RFID),which must contain the following information: (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells(iii) Month and year of the manufacture(separately for solar cells and module) (iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module)(v) I-V curve for the module(vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module(vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module(viii)Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate (x) Other relevant information on traceability of module as per ISO 9000 series.Note:RFID shall be mandatorily placed inside the module laminate.
4Authorized testing laboratories /centre: PV modules must qualify (enclose test reports/certificate from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory) as per relevant IEC standard.Qualification certificate from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory as per relevant standard for any of the higher wattage regular module should be acompanied with the STC report/certificate. For details of Test Labs refer Ministry of New And Renewable Energy website. The report submitted should not be older than 1 year from the date of issue of Tender.
5PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be designed for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. PV modules shall have product warranty of 10 years after completion of work. Contractor shall obtain the warranty certificate from the manufacturer and will submit the same to the AGE SLDC Office.
