| 1 | Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of transformer step down, outdoor type copper wound 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ of rating 500 KVA(Level-III), core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ONAN), with external colling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear switch. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade CRGO wht m4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part-I of 2014 marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and shall comprise of the following:-

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty.
(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3.5 core 400 Sqmm , LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(c) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.
(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).
(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.
(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type, having range 0-120
degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting device.

| 2 | (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of body.
(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.
(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.
(k) First fill of new transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested up to 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27
Degree Celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree Celsius) 0.005, Neutralization value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree Celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree Celsius and sludge 0.1 % by weight.
(l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer.
(m) Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part- I with energy Efficiency level - III (As per Amnd No.4 as per IS:1180).
(n) Oil temperature indicator , winding temperature indicator, marshaling box single window, double flit buchoiz relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to existing RMU/VCB relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 10 core 1100 volts grade.
NOTE :- (i) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of control wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip.

| 3 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Servo voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, of capacity 400 KVA , 50 Hz Automatic controlling/Regulating of voltage comprising Auto Transformer, Buck & Boost Transformer, copper wound with new filter and Dehydrated Transformer oil (As per IS : 335), servo motor, Auto controlled solid state control cuircut, naturally oil cooled, outdoor type and designed for three phase input voltage range between 340 V to 480 V and output voltage stabilized at 415 Volts + 1% with accuracy +2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second including other fittings and accessories as Voltmeter(0-500) to read input/output voltage per phase, mains/low/high limit indicators, manual increase/decrease push switch, auto/manual mode control switch and output adjustment etc. (a) Electronic control circuit. (b) Low voltage cutoff. (c ) High voltage cutoff. (d) Single phase preventor. (e) Time delay. (f) Toggle switch provided to by pass. (g) Servo by pass switch. (h) Over load and short circuit Trip facility(MCCB) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
