| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer step down, outdoor type copper wound Level-III ,IS 1180, 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 400 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HT) and star connected on secondary side (LT) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LT) and having taping at 10% in steps of 2.5% on HT side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HT/LT winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked, Including the cost of PCC/RCC foundation including necessary framework & fencing in perimeter location for placing of TRANSFORMER complete all as per IE/IS specification and shall comprise of the following :-

| 2 | (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 3 core 185 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods,for connected bus ducts complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out single core 400 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(c ) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.
(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).
(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.
(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.
(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.
(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.
(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.
(l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.
(m) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in IS: 1180(2014) Part - I with energy Efficiency level - III.
(n) Oil temperator indicator , winding temperature indicator, marshalling box single window, double flit buchholz relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to existing RMU relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 10 core 1100 volts grade.
Note:-
(i) Foundation drawings need to be provided by OEM/contractor for transformer and need to be approved from accepting officer and Engr-in-charge.
(ii) Factory testing costing deemed to be included in quoted rate. Factory testing should be carried out in presence of representative of accepting officer along with Engr-in-charge.

| 3 | Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 185 sqmm 3 core with multi stranded aluminium conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in DWC pipe including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work ,cable protection, DWC pipe, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.
(ii) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI / IGL or other Units, if needed, for above said work.
(iii) The cost quoted is deemed to be included for repairs / rectification for damages done to the existing electrical / communication / water supply system / Sewage System during execution of work.
