The transformers should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335 .The transformer should have both side cable end box with neutral brought out complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS-10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/Technical specifications :- (a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c ) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) Conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jel breather h) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to IS335. (j) Type of connection Delta/Star (k) Type of cooling: Oil and Natural Air. (l) Vector group:DYN 11. (m) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 C maximum.
